Here’s what you get: we’ll take your stock 2.0 casting, cut it to achieve your desired compression ratio, install new bronze valve guides and Manley over sized severe duty valves. Then we’ll give it our competition port job. The head will be assembled with high performance dual valve springs and lightweight titanium retainers. Cost also includes either Comp Cams or Lunati camshaft and followers.

Stage I: $100

Basic flow improvement - short side radius contoured and ports polished. The stage I flow improvement will increase your head's efficiency by approximately 20 cfm @ 28" which calculates to an approximate 20 H.P. gain on a 4 cylinder

Stage II: $200

Basic port job - short side radius contoured and outer ports widened at choke point. The Stage II port job will increase your head's efficiency by approximately 30 cfm @ 28" which calculates to an approximate 30 H.P. gain on a 4 cylinder

Stage III: $300

Competition port job - full competition port and polish complete with larger valves installed *.The stage III port job will increase your head's efficiency by at least 40 cfm @ 28" which calculates to a gain of at least 40 H.P. on a 4 cylinder
